Method of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and U.S. currency in the
form of cash, money orders and checks (travelers, certified, cashiers). All
payments are made to
Aloha Tee Time Reservations
for the complete package including all surcharges (unless otherwise noted).
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking has been confirmed a 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations.
Hawaii Courses: On all bookings for courses in Hawaii cancelled between 48 and 24
hours prior to the tee time a 25% penalty applies. All golf cancellations at all
Kapalua Resorts, Kaanapali Resorts and Waikoloa
Kings/Beach courses, must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled
tee time, if TeeTimesAmerica.com is not notified 72 hours in advance the rounds
WILL BE NOT be refunded. All Hawaii cancellations made within 24
hours are NON REFUNDABLE. Continental USA: All cancellations for
courses in the continental USA made within 48 hours are NON REFUNDABLE.
On all bookings for courses in Mexico cancelled between 72 and
48 hours a 75% penalty applies. All Mexico cancellations made within
48 hours are NON REFUNDABLE. Rain Checks: all rain check policies
are determined by the golf club.
Change Policy
Sales agents are on hand during regular office hours Monday - Sunday (9am-5pm Hawaiian
Standard Time) to assist you. Changes to tee times may incur a $1.00 per player change fee.
Golf Attire
In general, resort wear is expected. Spike-less golf shoes are strongly recommended
and collared shirts are required at all times for men. Shorts are acceptable; however,
courses with strict dress codes expect shorts to be at least 16" in length.
Please do not wear jeans, cut-offs, tank tops, or sneakers. For women, we recommend
golf shoes with socks, collared shirts, and slacks, shorts, or golf skirts.
Rain Refund Policy
In case of bad weather, call us to see if the golf course is open for play. If the
golf course is closed on your scheduled day of play we can reschedule or fully refund
your money. As long as the golf course is open, you are expected to play. It is
your responsibility to inquire as to the rain refund policy at each course. In most
cases, the course will issue a "rain check" if you are unable to complete your round.
Single Players
Most golf courses will not allow single players. In general all single players
will be paired up with other to make a 3 or 4 some.
